Mark Flournoy

Mark is responsible for Ursa’s continued sales growth and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Ursa, Mark served as a Marine Corps Communication Officer with two tours in Iraq with First Marine Expeditionary Force and 1st Marine Division as well as leadership positions at DISA, SOCOM and SOUTHCOM. Mark retired from the Marine Corps in 2010 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and has since held sales management positions including Vice President of STEC, a publicly traded Solid State Drive manufacturer acquired by HGST/Western Digital, Director of Business Development for Red Hat Public Sector advising clients on open source technologies and most recently, managing System Integrator sales for F5 Networks, a leader in Application Delivery and Cyber Security.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Auburn University and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is also a graduate of Marine Corps Command and Staff College and the Joint Forces Staff College.
